Dr Trudi Bellis graduated from RMIT in 1998 with a double degree in Clinical Science and Chiropractic Science. Trudi founded Seddon Chiropractic Studio in 2006 while pregnant with her fourth child and grew a beautiful family practice in her garden studio. Fortunate to work from home as her babies grew, she balanced work and motherhood and an evolving chiropractic practice until moving her practice out of the studio. In 2013 she designed and created a new chiropractic and wellbeing space – Flourish, Family Chiropractic and Wellbeing.
Trudi completed the five year Chiropractic double degree at RMIT University in 1998. Prior to chiropractic, Trudi was a music therapist and musician, studying Music Therapy at the Conservatorium of Music (Melbourne University) majoring in Music Performance (Flute).
Trudi has a keen interest in paediatrics, family health, pre/postnatal chiropractic care, clinical nutrition and chiropractic neurology. She continues to expand her knowledge through further studies in these areas. Trudi has achieved basic and advanced certification through SOTO International. In 2013, Trudi completed 300 hours of Functional Neurology study with the Carrick Institute, and the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. She is constantly intrigued every day in practice by each clients’ unique presentation.
Trudi lives locally with her family and loves to escape to the surf coast with her long board. A passionate musician, she loves music and singing and plays many instruments. Pilates and meditation keep her balanced as well as regular swims! An avid traveller, she plans to travel often and to live in France one day speaking fluent french.
