Dr Maggie McKenzie
Dr Maggie McKenzie graduated with distinction after 5 years of study from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science (Chiropractic) and a Masters of Clinical Chiropractic. Maggie has spent the past few years working in a practice in country Victoria: the very same practice where she was first adjusted many years ago and where her passion for chiropractic began.
Drawn to Chiropractic as a teenager, Maggie was fascinated by the neurological benefits she experienced when she was adjusted. She had great results with the reduction of headaches and quick recoveries from netball injuries. A keen netballer, she was always at the chiro for post match adjustments!
Maggie has a keen interest in working with individuals of all ages and families to achieve optimal health. She embraces the holistic chiropractic approach of looking and treating the body as a whole.
Being an active volunteer with Lord Somers camp and Powerhouse, Maggie is the leader for a camp with refugee and migrant youths. In her spare time, she is an avid skier, amateur sewer and loves a great book. On the weekend, you’ll find Maggie exploring the streets of the inner west, trying to tire out her two english staffies.
